to help rebuild schools and infrastructures that have been decimated by attacking militias. Together, we can help
Shegeg Karo, a the village that was purposely destroyed on May 4th, 2008. Your contributions to MDC supporting the
rebuilding of the school and the Clean Water Fund aimed at restoring the well. The estimated costs for both is $39,000.
The MDC will continue to raise funds for villages like Shegeg Karo all the while pressuring our government, and the international community, to act until the violence stops.

No matter what its origins, already 400,000 Darfuris have been killed, women and girls are being raped, and 2.5 million people have been forced to flee from their homes and are living in abysmal conditions in displacement camps.
